Javan is the narrative backbone of Corrupted Lore, leading the scripting and dialogue while maintaining continuity across timelines, factions, and emotional arcs. As Lead Writer and Lore Master, he refines complex worldbuilding into clear, compelling scripts. This ensures every issue balances high-stakes adventure with layered, character-driven storytelling. He brings vast literary knowledge and structural clarity to the sprawling universe.

My Story

Javan Azevedo was raised in Tulare, California, on a steady diet of Tolkien, comic books, and Total War campaigns, the kind of kid who could quote The Odyssey, name every Roman emperor, and still make it home in time to watch Star Trek: TNG reruns. He’s an Arsenal loyalist, a diehard fútbol fan, and a worldbuilder who reads eight books at once (on purpose).

When he's not writing scripts or untangling the metaphysics of the Corrupted Lore universe, Javan can be found talking to dogs, rewatching historical epics, or explaining why the Punic Wars were the original cinematic universe. He now lives on a hill in Atascadero, CA, with his wife, a good view, and a head full of plot twists.
