My Story
The brain behind Corrupted Lore, Sal was raised in Los Angeles before moving to Tulare, California, where he grew up on a steady diet of anime, EverQuest, and Super Nintendo classics. Gifted in math and science, Sal chased academic excellence early on… until one day, the Art took hold of him and never let go.

A graduate of Kansas State University, Sal has a career in graphic design with his visual work appearing on products in grocery stores, vehicles, packaging, and greeting cards across the country.
He combines a designer’s precision with a storyteller’s soul: wielding an uncanny eye for color, layout, and composition, and an instinct for branding and marketing. His sense of visual storytelling is the foundation of Corrupted Lore’s unique aesthetic, from character design to page layout to promotional art.

Sal now lives in Fresno, CA, with his wife and their two cats. He likes his coffee strong, his compositions clean, and his fantasy weird.
